SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
- Shipping information
All orders will be sent by post as letter or certified parcel. The fact that it is certified ensures that the package will only be delivered by hand and the customer will always have a tracking number where they can check the status of their shipment. The maximum delivery time will be about fifteen business days. (This time includes the preparation of the order in case of not having stock and the shipping days) This time is approximate and may be subject to delays due to the postal service or customs procedures.
We consider working days from Monday to Friday, except for official holidays marked in the official calendar.
The shipping costs will be those specified in the process of completing the purchase of your order.
In the event that customs expenses are applied, these will be paid by the customer.
- Shipping areas
We ship to all of Western Europe, including the UK.
You can check if your country is among the countries we ship to when placing your order. If this is not the case, you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can offer you a customized shipment, if possible.
The refund will be made directly to the credit / debit card or PayPal used in the original order within 30 days, once the returned item has been inspected and verified that it is in correct condition. In the event that the item is not in correct condition, we reserve the right not to return the money for the order.
- Products returned due to consumer withdrawal
The customer will have a period of 15 business days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, and that such defects have been demonstrated, the shipping costs will be borne by the user. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
As proof of your return, we recommend that you always keep the receipt from the courier as proof of delivery of your package.
