A. Shipping
1. Shipping Information
All orders will be sent by Correos (Spanish Postal Service) as a certified letter or package. Certification ensures that the package will only be delivered by hand, and the customer will always have a tracking number to check the status of their shipment. The maximum delivery time will be approximately twenty business days. (This time includes order preparation if we do not have stock and shipping days.) This time is approximate and may be subject to delays due to the Correos shipping service or customs procedures.
We consider business days to be weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays marked on the official calendar.
Shipping costs will be those specified in the order completion process.
2. Shipping Zones
We ship to all of Western Europe, including the United Kingdom.
You can check if your country is among the countries we ship to when placing your order. If this is not the case, you can contact us by email at fardatxetajoies@gmail.com so that we can offer you a customized shipment, if possible.
B. Returns
The refund will be made directly to the credit/debit card or PayPal used in the original order within 30 days, after inspecting the returned item and verifying that it is in correct condition. If the item is not in correct condition, we reserve the right not to refund the order.
1. Products returned due to consumer withdrawal
The customer will have a period of 15 business days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, and that such defects have been demonstrated, the costs related to shipping will be assumed by the user. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
As proof of your return, we recommend that you always keep the messenger’s receipt as proof of delivery of your package.
